Description
Suzanna Hotz is a single flower form peony, semi-double on well grown mature plants. The large flower opens mid pink with a measure of mauve. This color sets it apart from the more common warm toned colors in plants of the same season.
The plant has a good plant habit, vigorous and decent increase, producing a medium height bush. It is a reliable bloomer with ample color, most stems have one or two side buds, substantially extending the flowering season. The strong stems are upright holding the flowers well against inclement weather. Staking typically is not needed. Suzanna Hotz is a exceptional addition to the flower bed and the mixed perennial border.
Named for grandmother of Lavon Hollingsworth.

General garden and landscape use; perennial border; deer resistant.
