Description
Prince Charming is a Japanese flower form, herbaceous hybrid peony. The large bloom opens dark red with a yellow center. Staminodes are yellow edged with red. The stems are long forming a tall bush. Average Lactiflora foliage, the medium green leaves are healthy and durable, they will last through most of the growing season. Price Charming is a novelty variety which is well suited for the cut flower garden and will perform well in the mixed perennial border.
Best Use
General garden and landscape use; perennial border; mass plantings; deer resistant.
Basic Growing Requirements
Full Sun. Water as needed, sensitive to overwatering and waterlogged conditions. Soil pH 6.5-7. Fertile, well-draining soil.
