Description
Avalon, a single flower that opens with raspberry red streaks on a cream, pink blush base. Two to three rows of large petals, ruffled and irregular shaped, surround a large cluster of yellow stamens. The mildly fragrant flower is of captivating, gaudy form. Good plant habit, vigorous, abundant amount of bloom on a semi-dwarf bush. Strong stems hold flowers up and do not require support. It provides for a cheerful presence in the flower border and attracts pollinators.

Fragrant variety; general garden and landscape use; perennial border; hybridizing; attracts pollinators and honey bees; deer resistant.
Basic Growing Requirements
Full Sun. Water as needed, sensitive to overwatering and waterlogged conditions. Soil pH 6.5-7. Fertile, well-draining soil.
