Description
Single, large flower opens in warm shades of peach, nearly semi-double on well grown plants. The base color of the outer petals is pastel yellow, overlaid by broad, dominating flares of warm, peachy pink shades. The peach pigments are most prevalent on the outer petals while yellow pigments dominate the inner petals. It is a very unique display of colors. Several layers of large petals surround a large cluster of yellow stamens, centered by prominent light green carpels and rose red stigmas. Good plant habit, vigorous, fast to increase, prolific; grows a substantial, medium height bush. Durable, deep green foliage remains healthy for most of the growing season. Free standing, strong stems carry the flowers above the canopy, no support needed. It is an eye-catching peony in the perennial border and a great choice for the living garden.
