Double, semi-double on young plants; very large, flower opens frosted pink shades, color fades in the sun. Broad petals, nicely formed and with notable substance, make a gorgeous flower of attractive form. Pollen-bearing stamens are scattered throughout and clustered around the fertile carpels, will set seeds. Good plant habit, vigorous and good grower, a dependable bloomer with ample color on a substantial, medium height bush. Deep green foliage remains healthy for most of the growing season. Strong stem carries flowers near the foliage canopy, bush holds well against inclement weather but stems may break off or sag with rain in the opened flower. The presentation benefited by support; very worth the trouble if found necessary, fabulous display in the landscape, furnishes fine stems for the vase.
