Details:

Double, large flower opens light rose-pink, with the color more pronounced and deeper in cooler climates. The pigmentation is uneven and at times blotchy, the petal margins lighter in color, nearly white. Broad outer petals, segments grading narrower inward forming a loose, sometimes irregular flower. Stamens typically hidden within the layers of petals; the flower is attractive and of charming presentation. The scent is reminiscent of mums and not particularly appealing. Good plant habit, vigorous, dependable and prolific bloom on a medium height bush. Strong stems, generously furnished with deep green foliage, hold flowers above the canopy. Stems lean with open flowers, especially if exposed to inclement weather and require support for the best results in the viewed landscape. Attractive qualities and reliable performance make it a fine choice for the cut flower garden and floral arrangements. This historic variety is rarely offered. The name is of French origin and pronounced zhair-main-bee-go.
