Fragrant, full double; large, opens in shades of pink. Large, elongated petals light pink, darker in depths of flower, grades lighter outward, well furnished with segments, makes an attractive, well-proportioned flower. Side buds absent. The blossom stems are displayed on erect, strong stems, a few inches above the compact bush. Bush largely unaffected by stormy weather while in flower. Deep green foliage holds condition well into summer. It shows some resistance to leaf fungi and very little susceptibility to peony mildew under our local growing environment. It has a notably attractive combination of attributes which makes it an excellent choice for the perennial border and furnishes fine stems for the vase.
