Fragrant, single flower; large, opens cool pink. The primary color is accentuated by attractive deep, rose red flares toward petal base. Two rows of large, rounded guard petals center a large boss of golden yellow stamens and prominent pale green carpels with rose-red stigmas, all together make it an eye-catching captivating flower. Decent plant habit, vigorous, dependable bloom with ample color on a medium tall bush. Stout stems hold flowers well, staking not required when cultivated in good growing conditions. It is a unique landscape peony that does well in a perennial border.
