Semi-double; medium size flower, opens deep pink, may be fluorescent pink or bright light red in cooler climates. Excellent habit, vigorous, good increase, free flowering; grows a medium height bush. Strong stems, upright, flowers are close to the foliage; durable dark green leaflets. Great in the garden or as cut flower.

Herbaceous Hybrid. Parentage: P. lactiflora x [P. peregrina 'Otto Froebel']. Seedling of 'Bravura', therefore an advanced-generation hybrid; useable fertility, with 'Moonrise' produced 'Salmon Dream', 'Royal Rose' and similarly pastel colors, presumed tetraploid. Fertile both ways.
