Best Landscaper'Enchanted'
Origin.: (Hollingsworth, 2021)
Group: Herbaceous Hybrid
Bloom period: Early Midseason
Bloom week: 3
Flower form: Single
Height: Tall
USDA Zone: 3 to 7
Item number: 2104

Details:

Single; large, flower opens brilliant cool pink. Two rows of broad, nicely rounded guard petals center a contrasting boss of light yellow stamens. Intensity of the pigmentation varies through an unusually wide range, changing with the length of spring warm-up and the associated prevailing temperatures. One flower per stem is presented near the foliage, has a mild, pleasant fragrance and retains its cupped shape well through petal fall. Well furnished with large leaflets on medium height stems, the plant appearance holds up well into summer, on vigorous plants, which increase well. Stems are strong, upright and self-supporting; the bush retains shape without support. It is an excellent landscape peony that does well in a perennial border or mass plantings.
