'Kayleigh Ann'
Originator: (Stanek, 2017)
Group: [Herbaceous Hybrid]
Bloom period: Early Midseason
Bloom week: 3 to 4
Flower form: Double
Height: Medium
Distinction: Rare
Item number: 5076

Double flower form on well grown mature plants; semi-double when young. Color complex, opaque peach pink; petals edged in creamy yellow, transforms into a soft butter yellow shell pink to peach shades. Color remains bright as flower matures. Flowers are extra large when grown in protected areas. Very satisfying plant habit, vigorous and fast growing, one bud per stem. Free flowering, bloom staggered, lasting a two week period in our Midwestern climate. Medium to tall bush with strong upright stems, holds shape well even under inclement weather. May benefit from light support during flowering. Foliage, mid green, remains attractive throughout the growing season, eventually turning golden yellow in the fall. Excellent choice for garden use and suggests good cut flower qualities.

Herbaceous Hybrid. Parentage: 'Old Faithful' x 'Faithful Dream'. Fertile both ways; pollen and seed.
