Message: I moved to Missouri 8 years ago and my mother in law planted about 70 peonies on the south side of our farm. I don't know anything about them other than I love them. How do I care for them. They have bloomed beautifuly every year but have black spots on the leaves every year. Do I furtilize them at all, can I move them and will they bloom the following year. Thank you
